What do these errors mean?
- Missing aggregateRating field
Your product structured data does not include overall rating information, such as:- Average rating (e.g. 4.8/5)
- Total number of reviews
- Missing
reviewfield
Your structured data does not include individual customer reviews.
These fields are required by Google to display rich results (star ratings) for product pages.
How to fix this issue in SEOWILL
Step 1: Integrate your review app
- Go to SEOWILL → Settings → Integration
- Select the review app you are currently using

Important Notes:
- SEOWILL only supports the review apps shown in the integration list.
- If your review app is not listed, we’re very sorry - it is not supported at this time.
Step 2: Enable Product structured data
- Go to Technical SEO → Structured Data
- Turn on the “Product” toggle

Step 3: Verify review data on the product page
- Open a product page on your storefront
- Right-click → View page source (or press F12)
- Search for the keyword
aggregateRating

- If you can find
aggregateRating, it means the product has review data - If nothing appears, it means no review data exists for that product
In this case, you’ll need to add or import reviews for that product in your third-party review app.
Important reminder
- If you do not use any review app, or
- If your review app has no reviews for the product, SEOWILL cannot access any review data, and Google validation may still fail even if integration is enabled.
Please ensure that each product has review data in your review app.
